Draw down the lower eye lid and pull the upper eye lid upwards and place the lens gently over the visible corneal.
// How to remove your Lenses
Downward pressure on the lower eye lid whilst looking up will tend to move the lens downwards.
The lens can then be pinched off the eye using the thumb and forefinger or middle finger.
